bTrainr is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continuously improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to ensure our platform is accessible to all fitness professionals and their clients.
Conformance Status
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities.

- High contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)

- Color is not the only means of conveying information

Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge some current limitations:
- Third-party integrations: Some embedded content from third parties may not be fully accessible
- User-generated content: Content created by coaches (workout videos, images) may lack captions or alt text
- Complex data visualizations: Some charts and graphs are being improved for screen reader users
- PDF documents: Older documents may not be fully accessible; we're working to update them
We are actively working to address these limitations. Expected completion: Q2 2025.
