At bTrainr, we want you to be completely satisfied with our fitness coaching platform. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and subscription management across all regions (India, UAE, USA, UK, Australia).

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on paid subscription plans:

  • Applies to first-time subscribers only
  • Request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • Full refund of your first payment (no questions asked)
  • Does not apply to free trials or promotional offers
  • One refund per customer/business entity

3. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to all features until the subscription expires
  • No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
  • Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation (downloadable anytime)

Free Trials

Cancel your free trial before it ends to avoid being charged. No refund is necessary as you won't be billed.

4. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • First payment within 7 days (money-back guarantee)
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges (full refund immediately)
  • Technical issues preventing platform access (at our discretion)
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges (full refund)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Subscription renewals after 7 days of the initial purchase
  • Cancellations mid-cycle (access continues until end of billing period)
  • White-label setup fees (custom development work is non-refundable)
  • Violations of Terms of Service resulting in account termination
  • Change of mind after the 7-day guarantee period

5. Refund Process

Timeline

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear

6. Regional Considerations

India

Refunds comply with Consumer Protection Act 2019. Processing time: 7-10 business days for Indian banks.

UAE (Dubai)

Refunds comply with UAE Consumer Protection Law. Processing in AED or USD based on payment method.

USA & UK

Refunds processed in USD/GBP. Additional consumer protection rights may apply in California (CCPA) and UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Australia

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply. You may be entitled to additional remedies for major failures.

7. Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: Prorated charges apply immediately. Access to new features is instant.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds for the current period.
  • Annual to Monthly: Switch occurs at renewal. No mid-cycle changes to annual plans.

8. White-Label Setup Fees

White-label setup fees (₹35,000 INR / $499 USD / AED 1,850) are non-refundable as they cover custom development work. Monthly white-label fees follow the standard 7-day refund policy for new customers.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback:

  • Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
  • We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
